14-Day First Purchase Refund
If Polyglot AEO Pro is not a fit, contact jimmymjing@gmail.com within 14 days of your first subscription purchase. Include the email used at checkout and a short note so we can improve the product.
What Is Eligible
- The first monthly or annual purchase for a customer or company.
- Duplicate accidental purchases reported promptly.
- Technical activation issues that we cannot reasonably resolve.
What Is Not Eligible
- Renewals after the initial refund window.
- Requests connected to abusive usage, license sharing, fraud, or chargebacks.
- Requests made after substantial completed client work using the subscription.
Cancellations
You can cancel a subscription to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically refund previous charges unless the charge is eligible under this policy.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method via Creem. Processing time depends on the payment method and banking provider.
