Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the Polyglot AEO website, Framer plugin, license services, and related documentation. By using Polyglot AEO or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.

Product

Polyglot AEO helps Framer teams create and verify multilingual AEO assets such as structured data, metadata suggestions, llms.txt files, CMS localization checks, and published-site reports. We do not guarantee rankings, citations, traffic, revenue, or inclusion in any third-party answer engine.

Subscriptions and Licenses

• Pro subscriptions are billed by Creem.
• Each Pro subscription includes one active Framer project activation unless otherwise stated.
• You are responsible for keeping license keys secure and using them only for your own projects or client projects you manage.
• We may suspend or revoke access for fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or violation of these Terms.

Acceptable Use

You may not reverse engineer the service, bypass usage limits, resell license access, use the plugin to violate third-party rights, or use it for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive activity.

AI Output

AI-generated content can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving output before publishing it to a website or presenting it to a client.

Payment, Cancellation, and Refunds

Billing, invoices, and subscription management are handled through Creem. You may cancel future renewal according to the subscription tools provided after purchase. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.

Disclaimer

Polyglot AEO is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polyglot AEO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for Polyglot AEO in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
